All candidates must satisfy the following requirements in order to be eligible:

a four-year journalism degree (or its equivalent) from an approved university with a minimum grade point average of “B”

a two-year CEGEP diploma and a three-year journalism degree from Quebec

a four-year undergraduate degree and at least five years of full-time journalistic experience

Applicants must enroll in the Organization’s Master of Journalism program in order to be eligible for this offer. After that, they can apply through the university’s online application form.
